The staff's prompt attention to our requests was impressive, but the lack of a welcoming atmosphere at reception was noticeable.

The place was spotlessly clean and we loved double room. We enjoyed rooms with real openable windows. The location was convenient and perfect, just next door to the mall and skyway towards airport, the shopping district and restaurants and public transport. Makati district was worth exploring.
Breakfast was pretty standard, can be better.

easy strolls to parks and vibrant shopping nearby
I enjoyed my stay, especially the mornings spent shopping and enjoying live music just across the street at Greenbelt malls, and the beautiful Greenbelt Park is less than a 5-minute walk away, perfect for a relaxing break during my city explorations.

What I really love about One Greenbelt is it's proximity to Greenbelt Shopping Mall. With the traffic situation in Makati, One Greenbelt edges out with our budget hotels in the Makati area.

I appreciated the friendly staff and
The clean, comfortable environment of the hotel. The breakfast options were excellent for a small place, and the location near Greenbelt Mall was convenient. The room size was a bit cramped, which limited our overall comfort.

The room was clean and the stuff was ok, location is really great, right nearby the Greenbelt malls (the most safe, clean and pretty place in whole Manila, I think).
We asked for Superior double room but end up in Twin room (kinda the hotel staff call "no view" with actual wall right behind the window glass so it's night all day long...), the hotel didn't have the hair dryer and the wifi signal was good only in the bathroom, so me and my gal had to put 5-6 pillows near the doorway and stay there if we wanted to get online. Overall this hotel is waaaaay otherpriced, not good value, I recommend you to check out the E-hotel, right near the One Greenbelt, but at least they have windows with the actual view, and it's way better=) P.s: the reception asks for the whole amount on the day of checking in and it's not refundable, so you won't get your money back if you must leave earlier.
